A little more info:
✮ When enrolling in the Preferred Client subscription plan, you must first have us clean all of the areas to be covered by your plan. The number of areas you’d like covered may not be the maximum allowed in the plan and that’s ok! Remember an area is a room, hallway or staircase from 15-200 sqft each. This initial cleaning will be at our normal price but you’ll get free scotchgard protector, and your monthly subscription plan will be billed on the 1st of the next month.
✮ Feel free to cancel any time before your card is charged for the next month, but you’ll lose the next full carpeted areas cleaning if you do.
✮ Certain plans are eligible for “Gift-To-Friend”. This means you can gift your month’s touch-up cleaning to your friend at their home for no additional charge. But, unlike at your home, this will include the 2 full area cleanings and no additional spot cleaning in other areas. If you’ve already used your monthly touch-up, you can also have us clean your friend’s home for the additional touch-up rate of $49.
✮ Touch-Up appointments do not roll over. If they are not used, they are lost.
✮ Touch-Up appointments are subject to availability. But, if you don’t see availability on the online calendar, send us a text and we’ll try to work it in asap!
✮ When the month comes for all areas to be cleaned, this will take the place of the touch-up appointment.
✮ Regardless which day of the month the initial cleaning was performed, the Preferred Client plan will operate on a calendar month, with new touch-ups coming available on the 1st of the month, and billing on the 1st of the next month after the initial cleaning and each 1st of the month thereafter. Example: initial cleaning January 15, next billing on February 1, first touch-up available on February 1, with next included all-covered-areas cleaning available either after May 1st or July 1st depending on plan.
